The Next Phase of School of Art Nudes – A Word from the Founder
School of Art Nudes began in Sydney as a space for serious nude photography classes and nude art workshops, and it continues to evolve beyond the traditional idea of a photography school. Education remains the foundation, but the vision has always been larger than just running workshops.

What started as structured nude photography workshops in Sydney is now growing into a broader creative platform that supports photographers and art models before, during, and after the workshop experience.
Alongside our Sydney-based nude art workshops, School of Art Nudes is developing a fine art photography magazine that showcases work created through our classes, workshops, and wider creative community. The focus is not just images, but process — how the work is created, why it matters, and how photographers develop their voice within fine art nude photography.
Beyond the classroom, School of Art Nudes is also becoming a community for nude art practitioners — photographers and models who value professionalism, ethics, and artistic intent. This includes ongoing collaboration, discussion, and opportunities to engage both online and through in-person events in Sydney.
We are also building toward curated art exhibitions and awards, creating space for photographers emerging from our nude photography workshops to present their work publicly and be recognised within the fine art photography landscape.
In parallel, School of Art Nudes is developing model and workshop support, including coordination for Sydney-based nude art workshops, location shoots, and selected international retreats. This ensures consistent standards, ethical practice, and a respectful working environment across all programs.
School of Art Nudes is not designed to be a mass-market operation. It is an artist-led platform, built deliberately around photography events and workshops, fine art education, and long-term creative practice.
