At School of Art Nudes, we offer photography workshops, classes, events and digital products. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so physical product returns do not apply.
Workshop and Class Bookings
All bookings are considered final.
We do not provide refunds if you:
- change your mind;
- are unable to attend;
- arrive late or miss the workshop or class; or
- decide not to participate after making your booking.
Where appropriate, School of Art Nudes may, at its discretion, offer a credit or transfer to another workshop. Unless specifically offered by us, customers should not assume that a credit or transfer will be available.
If We Cancel a Workshop
If School of Art Nudes cancels a workshop or class and does not provide a suitable replacement date, you will be offered a refund of the amount paid for that workshop.
Changes to Workshop Dates
Occasionally, a workshop or class may need to be rescheduled because of circumstances such as model, venue or faculty availability.
If we reschedule an event, your booking will automatically be transferred to the replacement date.
If you are unable to attend the replacement date, we may provide you with an equivalent credit that can be used towards another School of Art Nudes workshop or class.
A change of date does not automatically entitle a customer to a cash refund, except where a refund or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products and Online Courses
Digital products, downloadable material, recorded courses and online course access are non-refundable once access to the digital content has been supplied or made available.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or failure to use or complete digital content.
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where Australian Consumer Law requires us to provide a refund, replacement, cancellation, re-supply of services or another remedy, those rights will apply regardless of this policy.
